Skill Innovators was born out of the need for innovative, refreshingly today and impactful training. In the corporate world, training, to a large extent is restricted to conforming and treading down the oft taken path without rocking the boat. What emerges as a result is a disconnect between the fast paced generation of today and these traditional methods of training. This obviously has an impact on the deliverables and hitting hard at the company’s bottom line. With this background in mind the seed for Skill Innovators was sown. Skill Innovators believes in innovative,creative and contemporary training programmes that are PAISA VASOOL^*  for our clients.

Our comprehensive training programs are result oriented, participative and refreshingly today. We will do this with strong measurable ROI’s, innovative coaching and learning techniques backed by a strong feedback mechanism. In short, we will deliver , “Training which makes trainees Think” to enable them ‘ reclaim themselves.’

We believe in retention of a good training program it is important to use innovations which are relevant in today’s times. Engaging and collaborating with trainees to think for themselves through participative learning is our focus. Apart from other interactive tools, we use Theatre, Bollywood ,Hollywood, Current Affairs and other mediums for the learning to stick.

Our team is headed by Derek Coutinho, who has over 25 years of experience in the service industry having worked with organisations like Jet Airways and the Holiday Inn chain of hotels. Other professionals who will conduct the programs, have varied experience in training and are all drawn from reputed organisations which are names to reckon with.
